The Max Card is the UK’s leading national special needs discount card for foster families and families of children with additional needs. It is a scheme run by a non-profit organisation just for families of children and young people with SEN or disability (SEND) from birth to 25 years old. Max Cards are provided by Local Authorities and selected charities across the UK. Families can use their Max Card at venues across the UK to get free or discounted admission.

To find out if your borough operates the scheme, visit the My Max Card website and enter your details to find out if the Max Card is available in your area.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to despatch your order within 7 working days if you are on our database and known to us. If you are new to our database, please note, it will take 7 to 14 working days to verify your proof of SEN/disability and therefore a small delay in despatching your card. Please be patient with us, this is to ensure the right families are receiving the card. No distributor is allowed to profit from the sale of the cards. We are permitted to charge for processing costs, stationery, postage and package. It is an important service we protect for the benefit of our community.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. You must live in LONDON. 
2. Your child or young person must have an SEN/disability (we may need to see your proof of DLA if you are not known to us).
3. Your child or young person must be under 25 years old.
4. Once you order your Max Card, you will be automatically registered to the SNC database as a member. If you do not want to be a member, please do not continue with the purchase.
5. PLEASE FILL IN THE MEMBERSHIP FORM WITH YOUR CHILD’S DETAILS AND ONE PIECE OF PROOF OF SEN/DISABILITY TO FASTRACK, OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. CLICK: SNC Membership Form 2024  EMAIL THE FORM AND EVIDENCE TO US AT  INFO@SPECIALNEEDSCOMMUNITY.ORG.UK
6. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER MORE THAN ONE PER CUSTOMER AS A SPARE, WE WILL CHECK AND REJECT THE ORDER. ONLY ORDER MORE THAN ONE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD WITH SEND. WE WILL NEED PROOF FOR BOTH.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, WE NEED TO VERIFY YOUR DETAILS BEFORE WE DISPATCH YOUR CARD. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF OUR MAILING LIST AT ANY TIME BY SENDING US AN EMAIL OF YOUR REQUEST TO INFO@SPECIALNEEDSCOMMUNITY.ORG.UK IF YOU WISH TO BE REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENEW YOUR DISCOUNT CARD. IF YOU LOSE YOUR CARD AND NO ONE HAS HANDED IT TO US WITH THE SAME CARD NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW CARD AS A REPLACEMENT. For information about how we process your information and how your data is being stored, please visit our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be registered with us, we cannot issue you a Max Card and your details will be removed from the database in due course.
